With the temperature dropping and fall right around the corner, we all are awaiting the lovely time of year when the trees turn spectacular colors and pumpkin-everything is available.

Many local photographers captured this beautiful time of the year in a picture and submitted the
fall-themed photographs to The Washingtonian photo contest. Check out the top 5 finalists and vote for your favorite! Voting will end Wednesday, September 30th and the judges will evaluate the photographs, the online public vote, and pick a winner. On November 1st, the winning photo and photographer will be published in The Washingtonian.
