Almost taken by complete surprise, Loudoun County residents enjoyed the first snow fall for the year today. Many residents such as myself, did not even hear about the chance of snow fall until late Friday night around the hour of 7pm.
An expected 2-4 inches of snow fall was anticipated to accumulate and quite shockingly, the local weathermen and meteorologists were actually right! Right now I would say there is about 3-4 inches of snow on the ground and the snowflakes just keep falling. So while the kids are all outside playing in the snow, I stopped by my neighbor's house to chat.
Here are some pictures I took of the winter wonderland outside!
