Community Feature- Rivercrest

Ask Gina & Company loves living and working in Northern Virginia and the spirit of all of the individual neighborhoods that compile Loudoun County. We would like to introduce you to the community of Rivercrest and all that it has to offer. Rivercrest, also known as South Bank, is a small, close-knit development in eastern Loudoun County.  It borders the Potomac River to the north, Lowes Island and Trump National Golf Course to the east, Sugarland Run Creek to the west, and Algonkian Parkway to the south.  Surrounded by Algonkian Regional Park, this community features an abundance of opportunities for wildlife viewing, jogging, bird watching, dog walking, and a multitude of other outdoor activities.
The Rivercrest neighborhood is comprised of homes that were built between 1998 and 2001 by the region's best builders; Winchester Homes, M/I, NV Homes, Ryan, Engle Homes, K Hovnanian, and Carr. Community amenities include a pool, community swim team, multiple tot lots, several walking paths, and open common areas.

Conveniently located just across the Fairfax County line, the Rivercrest community provides easy access to Route 7, Route 28, and Fairfax County Parkway. Need to do some holiday shopping? Dulles Town Center, a 1.4 million square foot mall, and many other shopping plazas reside just a few miles away. The area also features several mouth-watering restaurants including Sweet Water Tavern, for hand crafted brews and western inspired grub, and Mokomady, serving modern Korean cuisine and selected as one of Northern Virginia Magazine’s top 50 restaurants of 2012.
